Shipping Information
To help ensure prompt delivery of your order we recommend using a work address where possible - if a work address cannot be used please use one where you will be present to accept and sign for your delivery.
Who Ships My Order?
We use An Post for all orders. Delivery times are between 9 am - 5 pm. Please note, as we do not deliver the orders ourselves please cannot accept the reposnsibilty for special delivery instructions.
When I place my order on sonoff.ie, how long before I receive it?
Generally, all orders received up to 4 pm are posted the next day. We guarantee to ship orders within 48h of the order being placed. The AnPost delivery can take one up to two working days. All orders should be with you in 1-3 working days. All items are stocked and shipped from Ireland.
What happens if I am not there to sign for my order?
All orders must be signed for by the recipient. If you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left (please check through any junk mail you may receive). Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 3-4 days. If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us and you will be notified by email. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we must resend or redirect a parcel to you. If an order is returned to us where the recipient isn't present to accept delivery and a refund is requested, a full refund minus the initial postage costs will be made. Postage charges for unsuccessful deliveries are non-recoupable.
Errors with deliveries
If we receive an order back to us as 'Undeliverable' due to 'Insufficient address details' where we have input the address on the postal label exactly as we received it from the customer, re shipping costs will then be the responsibility of the customer.
Does my order have to be signed for?
Yes, we use a registered post service, and this requires a signature.
